Getting Started with HubSpot
Essential setup steps for new sales team members
This guide will walk you through the essential HubSpot setup steps to get you up and running quickly. By the end, you'll be able to manage contacts, send tracked emails, make calls, and use HubSpot's powerful sales tools.
Your admin (Katie) will send you an invitation email to join The Bee Suite HubSpot account. Check your inbox for an email from HubSpot with the subject "You've been invited to join [Account Name] on HubSpot".
What to do:
- Click the "Accept invitation" button in the email
- Create your HubSpot password
- Complete your profile information
- Bookmark the HubSpot login page: app.hubspot.com
Once logged in, familiarize yourself with the main navigation areas:
CRM → Contacts
View all leads from BOSS assessments, filter by lead tier, archetype, and timeline
Sales → Sequences
Automated email follow-up sequences for different lead tiers
CRM → Message Templates
Pre-written email templates for quick personalization
Settings → Properties
View custom BOSS Assessment properties (lead score, archetype, timeline, etc.)
