Installation Steps

For Gmail Users:

  1. Open Google Chrome browser
  2. Go to the Chrome Web Store
  3. Search for "HubSpot Sales" or click the link above
  4. Click Add to Chrome
  5. Click Add extension to confirm
  6. Sign in to your HubSpot account when prompted
  7. Grant the extension necessary permissions
  8. Open Gmail - you'll see the HubSpot sidebar on the right
For Outlook Users

If you use Outlook/Office 365, install the HubSpot Sales add-in instead:

  1. Open Outlook on the web or desktop app
  2. Go to Settings → Get Add-ins
  3. Search for "HubSpot Sales"
  4. Click Add to install
  5. Sign in to HubSpot when prompted
Using the Extension in Gmail

Once installed, the HubSpot sidebar appears when you open any email in Gmail:

View Contact Information

See the sender's full HubSpot profile, including lead score, archetype, timeline, and recent activity

Track Emails

Toggle email tracking on/off to see when recipients open your emails and click links

Use Templates

Insert pre-written email templates with personalization tokens

Log to CRM
