Using BOSS Custom Properties
Understand and leverage Bee Suite assessment data in HubSpot
When someone completes the BOSS Assessment, their results are automatically synced to HubSpot as custom properties. These properties give you deep insights into each lead's profile, readiness, and fit.
All BOSS properties are grouped under the "BOSS Assessment" property group in HubSpot for easy access.

Standard HubSpot Properties (also populated)
1. Filter Views by Lead Tier
Create saved views for HIGH, MEDIUM, and LOW tier leads to prioritize outreach
2. Personalize Emails by Archetype
Use {{contact.boss_archetype}} in templates to customize messaging for Architects, Catalysts, etc.
3. Segment Sequences by Timeline
Enroll "Immediately" timeline leads in aggressive sequences, "Exploring" leads in long-term nurture
4. Prioritize Calls by Lead Score
Sort contacts by boss_lead_score descending to call highest-value leads first
5. Reference Biggest Challenge on Calls
Review boss_biggest_challenge before discovery calls to address their specific pain point
To view BOSS properties:
- Open any contact record in HubSpot
- Scroll down to the "About this contact" section
- Click View all properties
- Search for "BOSS" or scroll to the "BOSS Assessment" group
- All BOSS properties will be listed together
Pro Tip
Add BOSS properties to your contact record sidebar for quick access. Go to Settings → Objects → Contacts → Customize sidebar → Add BOSS properties.
HIGH (Tier 1) - Score ≥ 80
Financially ready, high readiness, clear pathway. Call within 24 hours.
MEDIUM (Tier 2) - Score 60-79
Qualified but needs nurturing. Enroll in 7-day sequence.
LOW (Tier 3) - Score 40-59
Long-term potential. Monthly educational content.
UNSURE (Tier 4) - Score < 40
