How to Create a Saved View
Step-by-Step:
- Navigate to CRM → Contacts
- Click Advanced filters at the top
- Click + Add filter
- Select a property to filter by (e.g., "BOSS Lead Tier")
- Choose the filter criteria (e.g., "is equal to" "HIGH")
- Add more filters as needed (AND/OR logic)
- Click Save view in the top right
- Name your view (e.g., "Tier 1 - Immediate Timeline")
- Click Save
