How to Create a Saved View

Step-by-Step:

  1. Navigate to CRM → Contacts
  2. Click Advanced filters at the top
  3. Click + Add filter
  4. Select a property to filter by (e.g., "BOSS Lead Tier")
  5. Choose the filter criteria (e.g., "is equal to" "HIGH")
  6. Add more filters as needed (AND/OR logic)
  7. Click Save view in the top right
  8. Name your view (e.g., "Tier 1 - Immediate Timeline")
  9. Click Save
