How to Create a Sequence

Step-by-Step:

  1. Navigate to Sales → Sequences
  2. Click Create Sequence in the top right
  3. Choose Start from scratch or use a template
  4. Name your sequence (e.g., "Tier 2 - 7 Day Nurture")
  5. Click + Add step to add emails
  6. Write your email content with personalization tokens
  7. Set delays between emails (e.g., 2 days, 4 days, 7 days)
  8. Add tasks or reminders between emails if needed
  9. Click Save when done

Personalize emails with contact properties using tokens:

{{contact.firstname}} → First name
{{contact.boss_archetype}} → BOSS Archetype
{{contact.boss_top_pathway}} → Top Pathway
{{contact.boss_timeline}} → Timeline
{{contact.industry}} → Industry
{{contact.jobtitle}} → Job Title

Enrolling Contacts in Sequences

Two Ways to Enroll:

1. Manually from contact record:

Open contact → Actions → Enroll in sequence → Select sequence

2. Bulk enroll from a view:

Select multiple contacts → Enroll in sequence → Choose sequence
